SELECTED WORK
formlabs fuse 1+ launch campaign
Fuse 1+ is the leading powder bed 3D printer for industrial applications at an affordable price, enabling small businesses to unlock rapid, in-house manufacturing for the first time ever.
As the sole copywriter on the project, I partnered with the creators of the printer to develop key product messaging and adapt it across video scripts, product landing pages, emails, trade show displays, social media teasers, and more.

formlabs Form 4 Series launch campaign
The Form 4 3D printing series disrupted the manufacturing industry with quality and speed that rivals injection molding — right from your desktop.
I developed and refined key messaging (names, taglines, value propositions) for this suite of new products through A/B and beta user testing.
I also conceptualized and wrote video scripts for multiple markets including the engineering, medical, and dental industries.

ANTHROPOLOGIE ‘BLUE MOON’ SALES CAMPAIGN
To turn around a tough sales quarter, Anthropologie was forced to deepen their annual Tag Sale to an unprecedented 50% off. I successfully pitched this “Once in a Blue Moon” campaign concept to clearly highlight the discount while staying true to the poetic nature of the brand.
After writing copy for every channel, I project-managed the campaign to completion, including translation of all assets into five different languages so it could be run across all of Anthropologie’s international websites, apps, and 200 stores.

Urban Outfitters Essential Oils
To help develop Urban Outfitters’s first in-house line of essential oil blends, I took direction from the Art team to create on-brand product names, packaging copy, and web copy to promote the new product online and in stores.

Urban Outfitters Brand directory & Product copy
As an in-house Product Copywriter for Urban Outfitters, I wrote 100s of weekly new product descriptions across the Beauty & Wellness, Womens' Apparel, Home, Lifestyle, and Music categories.
Additionally, I managed a directory of thousands of third-party brands sold through urbanoutfitters.com, writing descriptive bios and SEO copy to garner higher conversion.

WEREGILD JEWELRY
As the founder of a jewelry brand, I crafted fine jewelry and sold it wholesale at local boutiques and through an e-commerce website I developed myself. I created themed collections, brought to life with look books that I collaborated on with photographer Clare Gillen. Additionally, I produced an event garnering a crowd of 400+ people celebrating the launch of the brand.
Named “Philly’s Coolest New Jewelry Line” by Philly Mag.

3D PRINTED CORSEt X MANNEQUIN PUSSY
After creating a 3D printed chain maille corset to illustrate the benefits of Formlabs’ powder bed technology, I reached out to one of the hottest bands in the world to see if they’d wear it for their Berlin show.
Not only did their lead singer perform in it, but she modeled it for a series of green room portraits, taken in collaboration with photographer Theresa Hagezorn.

ECOTOPIA: EXPLORING MORE SUSTAINABLE FASHION FUTURES THROUGH SCIENCE FICTION
My Master's thesis explores how science fiction can be applied to contemporary fashion branding, innovation, and design in order to create more preferable fashion futures for all.
The paper begins with an analysis of the last 100 years of science fiction and fashion, a proposed framework for more sustainably applying sci-fi themes to design, and a series of interviews with leading experts including Shawna Trpcic, costume designer for The Mandalorian, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and many more iconic sci-fi and fantasy series and films.
Awarded the 2021 STAGE Sustainability Award, issued by my university in partnership with a panel of leading industry experts including Vanessa Egli (Executive Director of IDEO), Michael Braungart (inventor of ‘Cradle to Cradle’ design), and Lavinia Muth (Head of Corporate Responsibility at ARMEDANGELS).
